Parties agree to first attempt informal negotiation for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Any dispute shall be determined by one arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Rotterdam, Netherlands. Proceedings shall be in English.
